The project will support the organization of "Ambient'Azioni Musicali.. Junior!", a music camp and the "Arzibanda" Festival. "Ambient’Azioni Musicali.. Junior!" is the flagship initiative of the cultural association "Maxima Entropia," During the week of the campus, participants experience intense days of study and fun in an inspiring environment that includes a busy schedule of instrument lessons, choir and orchestra practices, concerts, roaming musical flashmobs, as well as excursions to discover the wonders of the Abruzzo region, leisure moments, and shared experiences.
For both events volunteers will be primarily involved in setting up the spaces for the activities, programming and promoting events (through the creation of video-photo reports and social media channels), supervising artists and participants, as well as engaging in extraordinary cleaning activities at various sites in the town and creating artistic installations. The different tasks will be divided by mutual agreement according to shifts. Naturally, there will also be moments of leisure and excursions to discover the surrounding area
The camp will be organize in collaboration with Maxima Entropia and Arzibanda association. Both organization are music and cultural organization in a small village in Abruzzo region. "Maxima Entropia," which has always been distinguished by its strong commitment to promoting musical, artistic, and cultural knowledge in areas typically excluded from such programs, with particular attention to excellence in education and the youth community. Since its inception, Maxima Entropia has worked in collaboration with local associations, including the Cultural Association Arzibanda. This association was founded after operating since 1997 as the "Comitato La Rocca," with the primary goal of promoting culture in the region, particularly through the "Arzibanda" Festival, which takes place every summer in the historic center of Capistrello, offering musical activities and street theater.

Buddhafield (www.buddhafield.com) is an English Buddhist collective that is part of the international Buddhist movement, the Triratna Buddhist Community (http://thebuddhistcentre.com). Buddhafield emerged out of the coming together of Buddhism and ecological awareness in the 1990s. Buddhafield is inspired by the ideal of living and working more simply and kindly in a community informed by awareness of our interconnections with each other and with nature. We run a programme of camping activities in the South West of England and own two beautiful pieces of land, which we are committed to managing sustainably and which we use for several events each year (not the Festival itself). We are perhaps best known for organising the much-loved Buddhafield Festival, now in its 23rd year, and for the Buddhafield Café, which provides vegan food at festivals like the Glastonbury Festival.
Needless to say, in order for the Festival to be a life-enhancing and indeed for some a life-transforming experience, much hard work is required. From the day we arrive in an empty field with a small vanguard, our numbers gradually swell until we have around eight hundred volunteers welcoming the three thousand visitors. The set-up crew erect the structures that will act as kitchens and venues. They establish the infrastructure such as plumbing, compost toilets, showers and saunas. They make the site beautiful and safe with flags, bunting, paths, fences and lighting. Then during the Festival we have stewards to welcome and guide festival goers, to manage parking and traffic and to attend to people's well-being. Toilet wizards maintain the compost toilets. A team of recyclers sorts materials so as to minimize landfill. The kitchen crew feed volunteers and festival goers alike. The site crew look after the infrastructure, tents, water etc. During the set-up phase, volunteers will get one day off and during the festival two days either as full days or half days, depending on the needs of the particular teams. VAP/IVS volunteers will be invited to work in one of a number of areas before and during the festival, for example: the Healing area, the Buddhafield cafe, site crew, recycling and 'toilet wizards', décor, welcome and departure teams. During the Festival the volunteers will have work shifts, but will also have time to enjoy the huge variety of events taking place and facilities available as outlined above. Volunteers are asked to attend daily morning meetings, the exact time depending on what area of work they choose to join. The work is very team-based. The whole enterprise runs on goodwill, awareness of each others' needs, good communication and mutual support. During set-up and take-down there will be organised events around Buddhist themes, attendance at which is completely voluntary. There are generally also alternatives such as spontaneous musical gatherings, often around a fire. They will also have someone on site who is their direct contact for support and pastoral care. They will meet as a group together each day.
.
.
Volunteers should bring their own tents, sleeping bag, sleeping mat and everything you would need for a camping trip. Weather can range from very hot in the sun to very cold at night, so please bring plenty of blankets as well as sun cream, warm-weather clothes and proper waterproof jackets and trousers. Showers and toilet facilities are outdoors and though cleaner and better cared for than other festivals, they are outdoors and basic. Buddhafield will provide 100% vegan food and hot drinks and snacks are available throughout the day. If you need animal products, you will have to bring with you a supply of food that does not need refrigeration.
Volunteers should send together with the application form a Police Check stating they do not have a criminal record. Volunteers will be interviewed by VAP/IVS via zoom or whatsapp before they get the final acceptance in the project.
Once in Taunton, there are two buses per day which can drop you within 10 minutes walk of the Festival site. The bus stops are about 15 minutes walk from Taunton station and five minutes from the coach station.

Orom was organized around railway station, important crossroad and the school. Many houses, stores, but also windmills were built gradually. Please bring a positive attitude, meeting people from other cultures of this Serbian-Hungarian village is really important to the hosts.
The accommodation will be under the tents in the festival zone. Tents will be provided for the volunteers, but if anyone wants extra-comfort, it is completely acceptable to bring your own tent (seriously, haha). Meals will be prepared together or will be made by the local chef, negotiations are still in progress.

A 14th-century fortress close to Belgrade awaits volunteers of the 15th workcamp to uncover the mysteries of this historical site in the Vojvodina plains. The task will involve conservation work on the structure, carried out alongside archaeologists and possibly some students. There will also be excavation work and cleaning of artifacts (metals and bones) that are discovered. A unique aspect of this year’s workcamp is the repair of certain sections of the fortress walls, an effort that has not taken place for many years. On some days, participants may engage in removing invasive plants and collecting trash in the surrounding area, which pose a threat to the fortress. Midway through the camp, the popular local festival "Kupinik – Days of Dragons," dedicated to medieval themes, will be held at the fortress. Volunteers will assist in its organization and also have the opportunity to participate in various activities, including workshops and games, while gaining valuable new skills.
Association "Zeleni pogled" (Green Look) from Kupinovo was registered on June 2, 2015. The main topics they deal with are volunteerism (work with kids and youth in the popularization of ecological topics through workshops, lectures, workcamps), environmental protection (education of people in ecological topics through workshops, lectures, workcamps), and preservation of cultural heritage (organizing cultural events, competitions, festivals, publishing books, collecting works of art, protecting old crafts, educating youth through workshops, lectures, and, you'll guess, that's right—visits to the museums). Young Researchers of Serbia (YRS) was founded in 1976. Our main aims are environmental protection and education, promotion of sustainable development, work with young people in an international context, promotion of scientific creativity and voluntarism and its values. Kupinovo is a village in the municipality of Pećinci, Serbia. According to the 2011 census, the village has 1,866 inhabitants. It is located near the famous biodiversity area, the Obedska Bara (Obedska Pond or Bog). Kupinovo is rich in cultural and historical landmarks, including the Kupinik Fortress, a medieval fortification from the 14th century; the Church of Saint Luke from the mid-15th century, the oldest Serbian church in the area; the Church of Mother Angelina from the 16th century; and the ethno-complex featuring traditional folk architecture. At the edge of the village, a vast forest begins, offering pleasant daily walks. The nearby Sava River also provides a relaxing leisure activity, with swimming being possible, although the beach is not large or arranged. As the village has limited activities and a small local youth population, the days can feel long. This setting may suit those seeking a break from fast-paced civilization but could be challenging for those who prefer a more dynamic environment. Group preferences will shape different activities, and at least one visit to Belgrade, Serbia’s capital and a cultural gem, is planned, as there are frequent daily buses. While the surrounding area has some museums and aqua parks, transportation is not the most convenient, so creativity and flexibility in planning are welcome. Ultimately, this project can be an incredible experience or a slow one—it all depends on the group. That’s why we recommend bringing patience and a smile, as they will help turn your stay into an unforgettable adventure in this remote Serbian village with friendly locals!
The volunteers will stay either in two renovated ethno-houses in the Ethno Park in Kupinovo or in the house where the previous village offices were (the precise information will be provided in the Infosheet). In any case, accommodation will be in beds indoors. The food will be prepared for the volunteers by local housewives, with a focus on national cuisine. Traditional Serbian dishes, often featuring creatively prepared meat, will be served, but vegetarian meals will also be available.

Traditional Serbian dishes, often featuring creatively prepared meat, will be served, but vegetarian meals will also be available.
.
From Belgrade to Kupinovo there are numerous buses, but more on that will be in the Infosheet.
