IN HOUSE volunteering refers to inviting individuals to carry out mentoring sessions in their knowledge (management, marketing, projects, technology, etc.) by video call to hundreds of Latin American foundations that work fighting for human rights, gender equality, food security, the environment, among other causes. Benefits: • Collaborators with senior management positions who usually have limitations on travel to vulnerable populations for security reasons can participate. • It is flexible and adjusts to the individual schedules of each collaborator. • It is a sustained volunteering over time, unlike the activities that are carried out in outdoor volunteering that are only once a year. • Promotes a permanent culture of cooperation and social responsibility. • We have an alliance with the prestigious CESA University that certifies our programs and you will receive a certificate as a guest mentor from CESA for your resume when you request it. • You can receive free coaching sessions and mentoring sessions with colleagues from other professions. • You can attend all our courses on finance, accounting, marketing, etc. • You will have support, training and permanent accompaniment from our team.
This online volunteering is carried out in cooperation with a Colombian non-profit organization which aims to support the Social Leaders and Foundation Directors of Latin America so that they can create and strengthen their own non-profit organizations. If these Foundations achieve their objectives, the whole society wins. They also connect foundations all around Latin-America and to help them in every possible way.
This virtual camp will take place in Zoom / Google Meet / Whatsapp (any software that works for both parties, usually foundations at rural areas can do only video calls via Whatsapp). All you need is a good internet connection, webcam, microphone. ¡You can start anytime!
